JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Superior Group is looking for Administrative Assistant II for our Client located in New Haven, CT.
Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting a team of Recruiters.
Primary responsibilities will be scheduling interviews for candidates, booking travel, initiating and tracking background checks, processing expense reports, processing employee referral bonuses and agency invoices.
This person must be very computer savvy.
Experience with Excel and Power Point is a must (manipulate excel tables/ charts).
May review and screen job applicants to obtain information such as their education and work experience.
This person must possess strong project management skills and be able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Administrative Assistant
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Experience with Taleo.
