Responsibilities:Provides administrative support to a Sr. Vice President, including preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence; makes travel arrangements; manages VP's calendar and schedules meetings. Closely monitors multiple budgets for compliance and forecasting; processes invoices and maintains detailed and accurate expense records. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent education preferred plus a minimum of 2 years experience in related field. Other Information:Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Basic finance and accounting skills; Excellent communication and writing skills. Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and set priorities. Ability to work independently.
