span Administrative Assistant Job – Tigard, OR br This contract-to-hire, Administrative Assistant job, will provide you with the opportunity to become a permanent member of a well-known financial firm. Working Mon. - Fri., 8am – 5 pm, you’ll perform a variety of administrative tasks and staff support services for an assignment group or manager(s), earning the competitive hourly rate of $25. br Job Responsibilities: br • Provide a variety of staff support services for an assigned group or manager to relieve manager of administrative detail br • Collects and analyzes data, maintains records and databases, and prepares specialized reports using a variety of PC based software br • Processes confidential information and documents br • Organizes filing systems, answers phones, photocopies documents, prepares correspondence and documents br Job Requirements: br • Demonstrated administrative, secretarial and clerical skills br • PC literacy in word processing, spread sheets, data base and graphics required br • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data br • Requires good verbal and written communication skills and good grammatical skills br • Ability to manage multiple tasks br • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data br This administrative, contract-to-hire position will fill quickly so apply now @ www.ajilon.com or send a current resume, in Word format to Kristen.allen@ajilon.com br   br /span
