li Verifies and audits documents to ensure accuracy. /li li Checks numerical data against input or reports. /li li Prepares document batches for data entry and imaging. /li li Researches and reviews problems and follows up with clients regarding resolution. /li li Interfaces with management, clients and customers to resolve issues. Responds to written inquiries such as correspondence. /li li Photocopies and files reports and documents. /li li Types forms or labels as necessary. /li li Performs analyses and reports findings. /li li Interprets, audits and reconciles reports for accuracy or completeness. /li li Maintains log records of pertinent data and provides periodic status reports, as required, preparing and maintaining reports for management and clients. /li li Processes and tracks a variety of forms, mail and or transactions. /li li Accumulates and verifies data in order to process vouchers and produce billings or other forms and documents. /li li Expedites in-house processing of checks, invoices and/or other transactions performing additional follow-up when necessary to meet client standards and service level agreements. /li li Prepares deposits as necessary. /li li Handles company confidential data according to policy and guidelines. /li li Reviews, recommends and implements modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions. /li /ul

li High school diploma or G.E.D. /li li Four or more years of clerical, processing, or cashiering experience /li li Experience working with personal computers, ten key and typing skills /li li Experience working with office equipment such as photocopiers, printers and faxes /li li Experience working with business solutions software /li li Experience working with client company product and/or services Other Qualifications /li li Good communication skills /li li Good personal computer and business solutions software skills /li li Good interpersonal skills for answering telephones and employee interaction /li li Problem solving skills /li li Organization skills to balance and prioritize work /li li Ability to multi-task /li li Ability to work independently and as part of a team /li li Help Desk-Experienced-2 /li /ul
