li Making outbound calls and solving client inquiries /li li Coordinating WebEx or GoToMeeting conferences /li li Supporting two teams by providing general administrative support /li li Scheduling meetings and utilizing web-based calendaring /li li Preparing reports on MS Excel and proofreading correspondence /li li Special projects, as needed /li /ul
br B Job Qualifications: /B br ul
li Bachelor’s degree preferred, not needed /li li 4+ of administrative support /li li STRONG communication skills, both written and verbal /li li Customer service experience is a plus /li li Must have strong attention to detail /li li Organization and multi-tasking skills needed /li /ul
