The position will entail maintaining records and executive calendars, documenting meeting minutes, making travel arrangements, and additional clerical tasks. You will need an Associate’s degree or higher, and three to five years of relevant experience. li Coordinate travel arrangements /li li Create meeting agendas /li li Types and distributes correspondence to internal and external contacts /li li Handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner /li li Additional administrative responsibilities assigned as necessary /li li Process check requests and manage corporate credit card /li /ul
br B Administrative Assistant Job Qualifications: /B br ul
li 3 – 5 years of previous experience as an administrative assistant /li li Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred /li li Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint /li li Prior experience planning travel (flight research, rental car, etc.) /li li Detail oriented with the ability to multi task and work independently /li /ul
