This individual will answer phones, input data into software, review and update contracts, and update customer accounts. Make outbound calls to customers to check on service. Prepare contracts for new customers and send them out. Open and sort mail.
Experience with computers and computer software.
Typing & computer software skills (Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook).
Ability and comfort level to learn new software and programs.
Basic knowledge of business office machines: (photocopier, scanner, laser printer, calculator etc.)
A professional attitude, able to work under pressure and able to keep deadlines.
