JOB DESCRIPTIONWe have an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant with the following:
QUALIFICATIONS: Strong written & verbal communication skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Professional phone manner. Flexible and willing to assist on projects as needed. Capable of working in a professional, team-oriented and deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational skills & ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Attentiveness to detail, strong grammatical skills and proof-reading ability. Able to interact diplomatically with executive, staff, customers, and outside vendors. Proactive, customer service focused personality.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform administrative duties for an individual or group of managers . Answer heavy phones. Make travel arrangements. Prepare monthly reports. Responsible for document scanning. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Respond positively to direction and criticism of performance. Work productively and harmoniously with others on a consistent basis. Consistently maintain professional and appropriate demeanor. Other duties, as assigned.
