Administrative Assistant -
Looking for an Administrative Assistant with 2-5 years of experience to work for a company on in West LA that offers a great working environment and growth potential. Ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office, and have experience managing schedules, coordinating travel, processing expense reports, answering phones, and ordering office supplies. Must be willing to provide support wherever needed, including reception, maintaining office cleanliness, and setting up for and cleaning up after meetings.
