Assistant of Corporate Buying
The Assistant of Corporate Buying Department
To provide support to Corporate Buying and Divisional Purchasing in assigned areas of responsibilities which develops the sales and profitability of the Company.
Perform all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and within Designated Buying policies and procedures.
Act and decide independently within delegated areas of responsibility.
Follow policies and procedures as outlined in the Guidelines.
Utilize personal computers and related software for word processing and spreadsheets.
Effective verbal and written communication including the ability to prepare written materials (such as correspondence, advertising and reports) to meet purpose and audience.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal personnel and external vendors or suppliers.
Perform arithmetic equations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division; decimals, fractions, and ratios.
Select an optimal course of action, considering appropriate variables in order to solve a specific problem.
Attention to detail.
Multi-task and maintain strong time-management and organizational skills
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED.
2013 Excel (2013 Office suite) 2013 Word, Advanced Excel (Spread Sheets) ***Testing Required***
