JOB DESCRIPTIONAdministrative Assistant Position Qualifications:
Looking for someone who can run the front and back office, is outgoing and friendly.
? 1-2 years? experience in Admin
? Greeting guests, answering phones, assisting other departments with clerical help
? Strong Software skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
? Tracking reports, printing UPS labels, mail distribution
? Directly assisting the Operations Mgr. with travel arrangements, order food for meetings, light assistance to the HR dept. as well.
? Organizational and time management skills
? Interpersonal and strong communication skills
? The applicant should have the ability to meet various strict deadlines, interface with a variety of people using a professional demeanor, as well as the ability to follow directions, multi-task and work independently.
