The Adecco On-Site office located at Philips Lighting in Mountaintop, Pa is currently accepting applications for an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant.
Hours for this position will be Monday through Friday 3:30pm-11:30pm. This position is considered temporary with an unknown ending date. Our client can opt to increase or decrease the length of the assignment at anytime depending on their business needs.

Qualified candidates must have the following:
-MS Excel skills - assessments will be administered to gauge your skill level
-MS Word skills - assessments will be administered to gauge your skill level
-Previous data entry experience REQUIRED
-SAP experience preferred
-Strong work history
-Must be able to read and communicate in English fluently
-Must be able to work a schedule of Monday through Friday 3:30pm-11:30pm
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Performs receiving administrative functions:
-scheduling of all inbound loads from both domestic and import vendors
-scheduling of returns for National Return Center
-preparing daily receiving schedules
-preparation of receiving paperwork for following day's schedule
-manual deployment of STO's to other Distribution Centers
-data entry of all receipts into SAP
-data entry of all put-away sheets into WMII
-filing of discrepancies per process
-daily printing and monitoring of inbound in transit reports
-maintaining files for all vendors and all inbound receipts
Performs shipping administrative functions:
-printing daily shipping reports
-daily print of pick tickets, packing, labels and any other required shipping documentation
-goods issue in SAP of all outbound shipments daily
-data entry of all appropriate shipping and tracking information into SAP
-data entry into WMII of inventory replenishment and move sheets
-responding to all customer service requests
-maintaining files for all outbound shipments
***performs other duties and office functions to include but not limited to filing, answering telephones etc. as required. Job functions may be supplemented or changed as dictated by business needs.
Pay for this position is $12.00 per hour. This is not not negotiable.
