JOB DESCRIPTIONAdministrative Assistant - Order Desk
This is a dynamic workplace, and for the right candidate will provide important support to a management team as well as presenting a professional face for the company to the diverse clientele passing though the front door every day.
Duties include preforming a variety of administrative functions such as Heavy phones, calendaring/scheduling appointments, maintained all open orders, assist customers with product information, composes memos, transcribes notes, create presentations, and generating reports.
