Admin Assistant/Procurement/Purchasing Agent is responsible for providing support for purchasing functions to include maintaining accurate records while procuring parts and inventory
* Prepare work order pricing and procuring parts for work order spare part sales. Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, verify pricing and availability. Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
* Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
* Locate suppliers, using sources such as catalogs and the internet, and interview them to gather information about products to be ordered.
* Maintain knowledge of all organizational rules affecting purchases, and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors.
* Responsible for reviewing work order parts page and verify P/N's, pricing and delivery. Review requisition orders and prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists
