Adecco is currently seeking experienced Administrative Assistant with proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions to assist a growing manufacturing company. The Administrative Assistant must also well-organized, and team-player and be knowledgeable in MsWord, Excel, and Adobe. If you meet the qualifications listed below please Apply Now!
Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant – QuickBooks will include but are not limited to the following:
• Assist busy office in all facets of general office functions
• Phones, emails, correspondence
• Use of QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions for billing, purchase orders, and more
• Assisting purchasing agent with all functions
• Multi-Tasking in a fast-paced environment
Administrative Assistant - QuickBooks candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency on QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions, and MSExcel
• Knowledgeable on MsWord and Outlook, and Adobe
• Ability to prioritize and organize
• Able to work independently
HOURS are Monday – Fridays from 8am – 4:30pm
