JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY SUMMARY
Oversees the proper flow of orders, quotes, invoicing and customer service. Looking for someone who has a customer service background or who has supported accounts in the past.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:
? Support one Outside Sales Representative
? Oversee correct order processing of orders and invoicing
? Responsible for quotes, availability of scheduling service and overall customer service issues
? Answering incoming calls/emails
? Must be capable of effectively and accurately working on several projects at one time, and organizing and
? Programs: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
-Experience using an ERP System
