li Help organize and administrate the First Year learning experience for 2016 Analysts and preparation of the 2017 incoming class /li li Responsible for Organization and administration of details related to the first year learning experience training program for the 2016 new hires and preparation for the 2017 incoming new hire full time class and interns /li li Role responsibilities range from organization of travel and visa details to coordination of training logistics and communication /li /ul
br B Requirements: /B br ul
li Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent and 2 to 5 years experience in the field or in a related area /li li Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job /li li Reports to a supervisor but will have minimal supervision /li li Skills for this position are detail orientation, Excel proficiency and PPT familiarity, excellent interpersonal communication skills and can do attitude /li /ul
