ROLES

We are hiring for a range of administrative roles. Through the interview process we will help you connect with the role(s) that best suit your experience, abilities, and goals. Potential roles include: Front Desk Administrator, Generalist Admin, Team Admin, and Executive Admin.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
* Enthusiasm to work hard and achieve results in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to work both autonomously and in constant collaboration with teammates, colleagues, and external contacts

* Determination to find the answers to open-ended questions

* Desire to delve into details to understand how they fit into the big picture

* Capacity to learn quickly and apply knowledge on the fly

* Flexibility to adapt to quickly changing priorities and an openness to assist wherever needed

* Aptitude at anticipating and preventing problems, issues, and roadblocks before they materialize while strategizing for when things go wrong

* Motivation to help our teams succeed

* Desire to partner with the people and teams we support, gather context, and tailor solutions

* Desire to work with engineers in a start-up environment

* Discretion for sensitive information

REQUIREMENTS
* Excellent written and verbal communication

* Ability to work a varied schedule based on the needs of the people or team you support (Note: some nights and weekends required)

* Some college or equivalent relevant work experience

* 1 year minimum administrative, support, or customer service experience (more experience required for some roles)

PREFERRED
* Microsoft Outlook/calendar experience with heavy calendars and resource booking

* Familiarity with travel booking and expense reporting via Concur
