Administrative Assistant needed billing experience. Financial background is a huge plus!!!!!
Manage calendar, spreadsheets, assisting with various projects
Handle client billing for the firm which includes overseeing four Partners
Compile and distribute monthly reports as requested
Reception desk back-up
Enter client expenses into CCH Practice Management WIP
Update Project Tracking
Work with other administrative staff and help as needed
Assembly of tax returns during tax season
Point person for all outgoing/incoming mail pick up and distribution
Scan client documents and work papers for the tax department
Other special projects and responsibilities as needed
