Please see the below opportunity we have available with one of our local clients: br br We currently have an opening for a B temporary to hire Administrative Assistant located in Montgomery, OH. /B This position is Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and is paying $15.00 an hour. br br The Administrative Assistant performs routine and specialized administrative duties. In addition to assisting, coordinating and planning special events, this role encourages support of the company ministry and mission through the Associate Appeal, volunteer activities, community involvement, and similar activities. This position maintains our donor database, creates reports from that information, and requires a professional with an open and approachable demeanor. br br Duties include, but are not limited to: br ul
li Enter donor data and maintin donor database. /li li Prepare correspondence. /li li File and track departmental information. /li li Coordinate special mailings, and help to create and process promotional materials, informational brochures, packets and appeal letters. /li li Seek out new and creative methods and principles to approach work /li /ul
br To be successful in this position you must: br ul
li High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred. /li li Microsoft office proficiency, including Outlook. /li li Familiarity with Raiser's Edge and Crescendo or similar fundraising software preferred. /li li Proven success in similar professional position. /li li Competent with Microsoft Office. Raiser's Edge Database expertise preferred. /li li Must be able to interface professionally with internal departments, Donors, Board Members, residents, families and the general public. /li /ul
