JOB DESCRIPTIONspan A Fortune 500 Bank is looking for an Administrative Assistant in their San Francisco location! br br B Administrative Assistant /B br B Hours: /B M-F 8am-5pm br B Pay: /B $22.00/hr br B Details: /B Provides a variety of staff support services for two executives that in the Wealth Management Group to relieve them of administrative detail. This includes scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, tracking and processing invoices, booking travel and processing reimbursement expenses, ordering office supplies, onboarding and offboarding FTEs and contractors, coordinating team events and managing growing office space needs. Additionally, it will involve organizing filing systems, answering phones, photocopying documents, and processing and handling confidential information and documents, and assist with relocation. br br B Qualifications: /B br ul
li Prior experience as an executive assistant with a large financial services company working with multiple geographic locations. /li li Must be able to work with remote team members. /li li Demonstrated administrative, secretarial and clerical skills. /li li PC literacy in word processing, spread sheets and PowerPoint desired. /li li Requires good verbal and written communication skills and good grammatical skills. /li li Must be detailed oriented and have experience managing executive scheduling and travels. /li li Financial institution experience preferred. /li li Must be able to work with people from and in other time zones. /li li Some college required. /li /ul
