Administrative Assitant II - 36k
A prestigious Bay Area financial institution is seeking an Administrative Assistant for an upcoming project. The right candidate will have an upbeat personality and a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant II will include but not be limited to:
Providing administrative support for a 4 member team, calendaring, answering
and routing phones, creating travel arrangements, creating pipeline updates in a CRM, creating purchase orders, submitting expense reports, and covering the reception/front desk one day a week
- 3-5 year of administrative experience supporting a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Administrative/clerical experience for a financial institution preferred
- Peoplesoft experience preferred
- Ability to pass a credit and background check
