Position: Clerical/Customer Service Representative
Shifts: Full Time, 40 hours a week, 8hr. shifts between 7AM to 10PM, Mon-Fri (Must be flexible)
Location: Tulsa, OK (51st St.)
*Handle 50-60 inbound calls daily
*Assist employees with Group Life Product questions, issues and/or changes
*Will provide assistance with group life coverage, increasing/decreasing coverage, beneficiary inquiries/changes, billing questions, policy provisions, etc...
*Prior call center experience is a plus
*Good verbal and written communication skills
*Able to work in a fast paced environment
