JOB DESCRIPTION- Originate & Maintain all construction folders and correspondence files - Create Superintendent files - Create project binders - Order field uniforms - Process City and State invoice. - Issue small PO?s - Initiate all change orders, maintain tracking log though completion. - Create invoices for all New Equipment projects from materials through retention, including change orders. - Process Project partnering handbooks for Handover of completed jobs to Maintenance Dept: Field Test and Data Reports, Enter Pulse units info, File documents in the Street file - Create Street files for new units, update street files for modernized units - Update mainframe with information from modernizations - Purge completed jobs per document retention policy and create construction files for archiving - Answering phones - Filing and departmental organization - Provide administrative support to branch sales and operations staff, as requested
- The successful candidate must be an ambitious, self-reliant, and focused
individual to perform a wide range of administrative functions that requires
problem solving skills under minimal direction. - Must be a team player
- Have the ability to handle sensitive information - Maintain perspective
under pressure.- Drug Screen- Background Check- US Citizen or Green Card
