Job Description

Responsibilities include administrative leadership,staffing decisions, and clinical assistance to staff. Coordinate development of policies and procedures for units, consistent with hospital-wide standards of operation and department goals and objectives. Serves as a Team Leader for the facility.

This position is 12 hours every weekend.

Current NJ RN license required
Bachelors Degree
3 years progressive management experience in an acute care facility
BLS required
ACLS certification preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
