JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Administrative Coordinator - Up to $50K!
Brand new opening! Great opportunity to work for a well-established architecture firm in Downtown Seattle!
? Will be collaborating closely with a team to support a large group of individuals (up to 20).
? Miscellaneous duties could include but are not limited to: process incoming and outgoing mail via U.S. Mail, FedEx, etc. including maintaining postage meter and supplies; monitor and maintain office supplies; maintain calendar and schedule meeting and luncheons; prepare expense reports; etc.
? Create and maintain computerized databases on various projects such as client lists, project lists, etc. as appropriate to departmental functions.
? Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
? Temporary receptionist coverage required. Will welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel or escort them to meeting facility.
? Supports other departments as needed.
? Excellent customer service and bright, energetic personality.
? Computer literacy with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
? At least 1 year recent experience in office environment.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills.
? Intermediate skills in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
? Must type 40+ WPM
? High school diploma (min) Associates preferred
? Must submit to thorough background check and drug screen and be eligible to work in the United States
? May assist with creating marketing materials as needed so experience with InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop a big plus but not required!
