Job Description

Cooley Dickinson Hospital, a dynamic 142-bed community hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts, is seeking an Administrative Director for our Childbirth Center and Womens Health Services to hold 24-hour, 7-day responsibility and accountability for the effective and efficient operation of our Childbirth Center and the associated provision of care. - Award-winning childbirth center: 6 labor and delivery rooms; 12 post-partum rooms; Level 1A nursery. Approximately 875 deliveries per year. - Stable physician practices, midwife practice and nursing staff. - 247 anesthesiology, pharmacy and hospitalist services (adult and pediatric). - Competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered. Requirements: At least 3-5 years current clinical and administrative leadership experience in childbirth and womens health services; BSN Degree or equivalent experience; Masters Degree or matriculated in Masters Program; Massachusetts RN licensure (or eligibility); ACLS and CPR certifications; CNL or NCC certification preferred.
