JOB DESCRIPTIONIf you are passionate about working with people that love what they do and haven't found a company culture that meets that then please continue to read. I am looking for an administrative assistant that will support a busy marketing and sales office executive with all administrative duties. You would assist with calendar management, travel arrangements, correspondence as needed and managing emails that come through daily. This role will need someone that has a desire to work in a marketing related industry where they can grow in the field and learn from the best leaders in the area. This is a very fast paced role that will take someone highly detailed and able to juggle multiple things with a high sense of urgency. Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power point needed) Drop Box, Google docs, and a very strong desire to learn and grow. Please attach resume in MS Word format.
