JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Exciting start up in Downtown Santa Barbara is looking for a Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and editing marketing materials including packaging and promotional content, email marketing campaigns, and client letters and proposals. You will also act as a Sales Support specialist and will be responsible for assisting customers with submitting orders, entering orders into system, tracking orders and processing invoices. You will also be responsible for general office duties including answering phones, filing, data entry, ordering & maintaining office supplies, and assist with process improvement projects.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of administrative experience, and will be well versed with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. We are also looking for someone with exposure to marketing either through education or relevant experience.
