The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:
* Provide advanced administrative support, using Microsoft Office software to prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, reports and presentation material
* Maintain staff calendars and department files
* Review and handle mail; answer telephones
* Handle confidential material
This position works at Overlake Hospital in Bellevue and Swedish Hospital - downtown Seattle. The shifts and hours are indicated below:
* 9 hour shifts - 6:30AM-4:00PM at Overlake Hospital
* 8 hour shift - 8AM-4:30PM at Swedish Hospital
Working days are every weekend Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Overlake and a variable day during the week at Swedish. Education
Minimum Education Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
Some College Advanced education courses.
Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements
Intermediate Writing and math skills. Customer service and communication skills. Initiative and analytical ability. Proficiency with software used by the department. Typing: 55 WPM. Skills testing as appropriate.
Minimum Experience Requirements
3 years Administrative or comparable experience.
