Administrative Assistant needed for a University in West Los Angeles. This is a temporary assignment that will last approximately 4 months. Looking for someone that is Excel, Word and Outlook Proficient. You will be assisting the Business Office Manager with a variety of tasks. Preparing billing statements for customers by reviewing statements and determining status. Tracking and entering updates in spreadsheets. Preparing written procedures and processes. Assisting in the preparation of Excel files including Tables, Pivot Tables, and intermediate level formulas.
