Job Description
Internal Administrative Support
Submits payroll hours on a bi-weekly basis Accurately updates employees vacation days and banked time Submits major expenditure requests per mfg. mgr Administers monthly reports for OT and temp labor
General Office Support
Answers telephone inquiries, manages incoming and outgoing mail, and ship courier packages Coordinates plant meeting/activities Ensures efficiency of office equipment and quantity of office supplies Actively participates and applies knowledge gained through Benjamin Moore's Health and Safety programs.
Direct Customer Service
Coordinating facility meetings Preparing reports as needed Lead external customers to appropriate direction
Proficient in multi-tasking and prioritizing
Efficient management skills
Ability to work effectively in situations involving rapid change, shifting priorities, or simultaneous demands.
Ability to learn job functions of the logistics and purchasing if needed

HS diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AS400, and Infinium experience (asset).
Exceptional time management skills, and ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent oral and written communication skills
