JOB DESCRIPTIONAdministrative Support Clerk: If you are career minded, detailed oriented, with dependable history apply today for fast paced office administrative position.
2yrs prior office environment experience- Entry Level Position.
Proficient Excel skills, setting up spreadsheets, formulas, database.
QuickBooks and AP/AR experience a plus.
Duties include: Answering multi-phone line, Data Entry, Creating Spreadsheets, Light bookkeeping, Filing, Schedule Appointments and light office cleaning.
Mon-Fri 8 to 5, Alternating Saturdays
