Incredible position available in prestigious, high tech organization. A client of ours has an urgent need for administrative support and offers professional work environment, great team and benefits.

Responsibilities will include
? Use of office automation and web-based systems to provide administrative support to various departments
? General administrative and clerical duties ? data entry and expense processing
? Present a professional relationship with customers both during visits and phone interactions
? Retrieve and file documents in the appropriate location
? Prepare outbound correspondence accurately, with ability to notice and retrieve missing documents or information
? Manage incoming calls from clients and associates ensuring satisfactory and timely routing to appropriate personnel
? Maintain accurate notes and memos required for internal and external associates

? Minimum of 3 years in a professional office environment
? Associate's degree or some higher education
? Excellent customer service and ability to resolve problems with compassion
? Superior proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
? Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining proficiency
? Effective communication skills with all levels within the organization
