Adecco seeking Administrative Assistant for temp-to-hire job with growing Mortgage company in Tempe!

Position Summary:
Responsible for providing office support to VP's along with ordering of office supplies and kitchen supplies as well as taking and fulfilling company employee award orders

Essential Duties:
. Order and distribute office supplies, coffee, copy supplies, and maintenance.
. Responsible for weekly kitchen cleaning tasks.
. Work with VP's on site to keep accurate floor plan, org chart, and other administrative work
. Work with L&D on site to assure Monday classroom material is complete and ready for new hire training. Also provide support to trainer needs with LMS. Maintain supplies for use within training.
. Meet and greet all new candidates as well as administer the HR assessments on site
. Sign guest/visitors in at front desk and bring them to the designated areas.
. Distribution and disbursement of incentive items to staff. Maintain incentive items inventory.
. Responsible for accepting mail, FedEx as well as outbound mail, and FedEx
. Create UPS shipping labels, ship packages, Set up UPS for staff
. Responsible for sending emails to employees when shipment orders arrive
. Create Employee Awards, Assist with events and contest, Update Monthly Wall of Fame
. Assist with Front Desk Coverage, Attend Meetings, Pass out mail to staff
. Assist Staff with gym access, supplies, questions and certificates
. Calendaring/Schedule/Travel
. Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities:
. Strong Microsoft Office application skills: Access, Word, Outlook, Project, and Visio.
. Demonstrated customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
. Proven organizational skills.
. A strong degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
. Ability to format professional documents.
. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
. Ability to analyze and solve problems.
. Self motivated with a strong sense of urgency.

Experience & Education:
. 2+ years of office or administrative experience.
. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
