The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:
--Bilingual in Spanish
-Excellent Customer service skills (experience working with vendors, and customers)
-Experience on the phones, receiving and outbound calls
-Message taking (being a gatekeeper)
-Email etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills
-Ability to work well in a team oriented environment and also work independently
-Excellent computer skills. MUST know Excel (pivot tables and v lookup)
