Norfolk, VA: Exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative assistant to support a commercial property management team for a well-established property management firm. To succeed, this role requires at least 3-5 years of management support, and thus a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, the diplomatic skills to support top level people along with the necessary discretion, and proven proficiency with computers (including MS Office 2007 Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Adobe Indesign). Specific responsibilities include commercial lease administration and abstracting, managing multiple calendars, providing travel assistance and expense report reconciliation as needed and taking care of all correspondence.
