Administrator/CEO - Regional Health Services of Howard County, located in Cresco, Iowa
JOB SUMMARY: Regional Health Services of Howard County (RHSHC) is a network of integrated services located in Cresco, Iowa. In conjunction with MMC-NI, the incumbent develops short- and long-range plans, goals, and policies for RHSHC, and represents RHSHC with the medical staff, community, and other health care institutions.
A challenge of the position is to further RHSHC s services and strategic focus. This includes ensuring financial stability and the development of measures for successful performance. The President of RHSHC is responsible for coordinating and providing direction to RHSHC s Board of Trustees, the Board of Health, Howard Residential Care Facility/Patty Elwood Center Board of Directors, and the Evans Memorial Home Board of Directors.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master s degree in hospital administration or related field (MBA, MSN, MHA) required. Three years of hospital management experience required. CEO experience preferred.
