Foundations headquarters is located just outside of
Nashville, Tennessee, in the beautiful city of
Brentwood. In the corporate office, you will find FRN s
Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology,
Accounting, Business Office Services, and Admissions
Center. Each department plays its part in the support of
our facilities, so that the attention can be where it
should be: on the patients. Not only does the corporate

FRN is currently seeking an Admissions Coordinator, who
will handle all incoming telephone calls, probing
appropriately to qualify the call and ultimately convert
the call to an Intake Admission for the chosen treatment
solution. The successful candidate will have worked in a
metric driven sales setting and be able to produce proof
of their successful sales history. The ideal candidate
will be someone who is motivated by money and who is

be able to multitask between the telephone and the
computer, be willing to work in a call center setting,
and be able to produce high volume, quality work in a
fast-paced environment. This position will be located at
Foundations Recovery Network s Corporate Office located
in Brentwood, Tennessee.

Requirements:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Secures telephone code and callers number from
connection assistant pop-up on computer screen; secures
callers name and best call back number
Utilizes appropriate bonding techniques to establish
rapport and build relationship throughout the call
Qualifies the callers ability to private pay or
secure insurance information
Guides the call and conversation to logical end of
either pending intake or diverts to resource staff
Responsible for 8 to 12 admissions per month
Ability to support internal referral sources to assist
with the admissions process
Enters TIER record for every call for help with name
and phone number and all other required information,
according to protocol
Follows the defined follow up process based on
information obtained; the follow up process utilizes
T-Mail and TIER to manage 2 hour follow-up thresholds
Maintains communication with the facility, the
patient, their family, or the referral source, all
designed to build a system of opportunities throughout
the call to close process
Effectively leads the caller to the highest level of
qualification (private pay or insurance) while
maintaining credibility and ability to triage into
alternative levels of care
Effectively manages out the referral opportunity to
Interventionist and channel calls to identified key
relationships if the case cannot close in the FRN system
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and manages down
triage time-lines from initial call to time of
admission, minimizing the number of calls necessary
(preferably one) from initial call to solid close
Utilizes other key team members when encountering
barriers to assist the intake admission close process
Meets established monthly goals for Intake Admits
Ensures that inquiry call and admission processes run
at peak efficiency; is aware of and manages calls
waiting in the queue promptly
Efficiently schedules admissions with potential
patient and/or referral source; explains the evaluation
and admission process to the potential patient/referral
source and informs patient of necessary items to bring
for treatment
Provides directions or arranges appropriate
transportation services as needed to transport patient
to programs; follows through to ensure that travel plans
are made and communicated effectively so that the
client s arrival at the facility is seamless
Notifies unit staff of pending information, including
whether the patient is a risk to self or others
Notifies nurse or other unit staff and Program
Directors of any special medical needs or accommodations
patient may have which require evaluation, documents
needed, and notification in TIER
Establishes follow-up contact with interviewed
customers and their referring sources to report outcome
of the process (regarding appropriateness for services)
Provides follow-up calls to any inquiry calls not
considered closed, presenting an attitude of care and
compassion to ensure individuals know FRN is concerned
for their well-being
