The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for processing patients through the admissions procedures in a timely manner, maintain compliance with third party payor requirements, regulatory agencies and managed care organizations to ensure timely access to care and reimbursement.
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE: Must possess a high school diploma or GED. Must possess one (1) year medical office experience. Must have the ability to set priorities & handle multiple projects under deadlines. Must be able to work under demanding & stressful conditions. Must be able to operate business machines, computers, calculators, fax machines, printers etc. Must be able to remember schedules, tasks to be completed, where activities left off etc. Temp Pool Night Shift High school diploma or equivalent is required Customer service skills are required Experience is required
