Colonial Life, a national work-site voluntary benefits and enrollment company, is looking to bring on a new sales manager with long-term career interests. The AGENCY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER responsibilities will be the following: - Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents with the help from corporate partners in the form of recruiting and training support - Business-to-business employee benefits sales - Source, attract, interview, and select quality individuals to join the company - Field training/joint field work with agency team - Conduct sales meetings and orientations for new and veteran sales agents Prerequisites: - 1 year of B2B sales experience - Experience in leading a staff/team of sales agents - Recruiting experience (Preferred) - Life & Accident/Health Insurance License - Strong work ethic - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Placement will be determined by an interview process and leadership analysis.
