The Aircraft Regional Sales Manager will lead regional activity but will work closely with the global team to develop strategic and tactical plans. This position promotes and maintains customer intimacy.Job Requirements1.Responsible for executing the sector sales and long term growth strategy.2.Develop, maintain and grow firm s position in the commercial aircraft business segment.3.Promotes and strengthens intimacy with firm s customers4.Develop strategic plans with the Sales and Business Development Director and lead implementation of tactical decisions.5.Own and maintain inputs to the sales forecast with a focus on timely reporting.6.Because of the technical nature of company s products, a bachelor s degree in engineering is required. The exception to this would be a bachelor s degree with a strong technical aptitude and significant experience with company products. A minimum of 10years of salesexperience in an MRO field is requiredDemonstrated excellence with oral and written communication, with proven skills up to executive levels in prior roles. Experience with developing and selling flight hour contracts would be an advantage. Proven general capabilities/competencies in direct sales, contract negotiations, relationship building and account management. Proven specific capabilities/competencies in developing accurate forecasts, achieving sales goals, and effective distributor & representative management.
