JOB DESCRIPTIONReporting to the Connected Aircraft Senior Sales Director, this position is responsible for leading a global team of approximately 10 Sales Managers focused selling Services offerings to Honeywell airlines customers to drive profitable revenue growth.
Drive a data driven culture to use SFDC and data analytics to focus the team on driving growth in all areas of the connected aircraft segment. The scope includes GBAS, Aviaso, and Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) applications. This team will have close coordination with the ASM and Connectivity Hardware Sales Managers.
Works closely with C&PS and Aftermarket CBT leadership to present a simple way of doing business with our customers.
Alignment with Sales Excellence to ensure we have the right sales talent in the right places, all trained on products and services with advanced sales skills
Daily engagement with senior management at Airlines and business jet owners as well as frequent internal Honeywell meetings / briefings at the CEO level.
Provide input to AOP and STRAP process.
Day to day leadership and management of a global team with a focus on talent and the MRR process.
Location for this position is flexible.
YOU MUST HAVE
* Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum of 10 years Commercial Aviation industry, product and sales knowledge experience
* Minimum of 3 years Sales leadership experience with a track record of driving revenue growth
* Strong business acumen
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Deep knowledge of the products and services covered by this position and associated value propositions
