Amazing Project Manager Position(perm)

Classification: Programmer/Analyst

Compensation: DOE

Project Manager needed for International company located in Westchester County, NY. Will be managing up to 3 people total.

Responsibilities:
Vendor management, including telecommunications companies and other technology vendors.

Project management, including local and support of global applications, telecommunications and networking.

Assure global IT application portfolio (JDE, today Oracle eBS in IC NA; Websphere, Business Objective and Hyperion)

Manage local application software

Assure North America business procedures and legal/fiscal requirements can be supported by global system implementation.

Supervision of, and when necessary interaction with OOD for maintenance of servers and applications, including patches, CRT's and system performance.

Supervision of network management, administration and support for all North American locations, including connectivity to external customers and global/local IT applications.

Supervision of monitoring and correction of global and IT applications interfaces, programs, and processes.

Develop, implement and maintain effective systems security.

Support corporate IT Governance rules and apply them in North America.

Provide input on budgetary forecasts for IT expenditures and capital requisitions.

Participate, support and develop the corporate IT Projects, also acting as a project manager when appropriate.

Support management of corporate Infrastructure (data center, mail, WAN, security, antivirus, standardization)

Manage IT service desk tool

Ensure effective day to day operations with the IT Department

Manage and execute the analysis of technology implementations

Monitor Oracle issues and problem resolution

To qualify you must have:

Bachelor's Degree preferred in Information Technology or Business related field

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology in similar environment Oracle or JDE including 2 years of Management experience.

Experience in business process analysis and design. Knowledge of Finance, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes is a plus.

Experience working with outsourcer, applications developers, programmers and systems support

Experience working in an international environment with multiple locations and internal/external customers

Knowledge of ERP system, including system parameterization/customization. Exposure to Oracle eBS 11.5.10 and to JDEdwards ERP 9 is a plus. Expert level Techno/Functional skills-GL/AP/PO/FA/INV/OM/AR modules.

Knowledge of IBM Websphere is a plus
Knowledge of SQL is required
Knowledge of Hyperion is a plus
Knowledge of Business Object is a plus

Experience in system integration and interface design, building and management

Ability to understand, design and define model/entity/relation in database
