JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Bellevue Medical Center is located in the growing East King County area in the heart of the Bellevue medical district and high tech core. This facility is a state of the art 190,000 square foot building encompassing 20 plus multi-specialty services, including a 24/7 urgent care, outpatient surgery center and sophisticated outpatient diagnostic and treatment services.
Our Ambulatory Surgery Center has 5 main OR suites and 2 MOR's, performing 6,000 surgeries per year. The ASC manages the OR Admission, Phase 1 and 2 PACU, Centralized Sterile Reprocessing and the Anesthesia Pain Service.
By pairing nursing leadership with medical staff in every clinic, we further our goal of ensuring that clinical leaders are engaged directly with front-line staff in the delivery of optimal patient care.

Ambulatory Surgery Manager
Take the next step in your career with this opportunity as an Ambulatory Surgery Manager. This position is an integral part of the Bellevue Medical Center leadership team.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager for our ASC at our Bellevue Medical Center. A successful candidate will have the leadership qualities and creativity necessary to drive innovation forward in a fast paced environment.

Summary of Responsibilities:
* Develop, assess, and improve service plans in order to exceed customer expectations and organizational objectives.
* Develop and interpret financial, utilization and service quality reports and provide creative leadership utilizing current and projected data to facilitate decision making.
* Recruit, hire, orient, lead, manage, develop, and discipline employees when necessary. Prepare and present performance evaluations.
* Build effective communication systems to support the clear flow of information across multiple service locations.
Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree in nursing or related field.
Masters Degree: MSN, MBA, MHA or CNOR.
Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements
Intermediate: Leadership, communication, interpersonal, customer service and analytical skills. Understanding of financial principles. Proficiency with computer applications and related technology. Ability to work effectively with a diverse client base.
Minimum Experience Requirements
At least 2 years progressive operating room or related clinical or surgical services management experience.
Preferred Experience 2 - 5 years ambulatory surgery center management experience
Minimum License/Certifications Requirements
At time of hire: Washington State RN license.
