We Offer





An exciting opportunity in the Americas Internal Mobility & Diversity Recruiting team, which is responsible for running programs that support the experienced recruitment strategy, whilst also assisting and advising employees who are looking to make an internal career move. The key focus of the team relates to the design, development and implementation of the Internal Mobility and Diversity Recruiting strategy of the bank.





The individual will be involved in managing projects, strategic initiatives, and broader programs and operations tied to Internal Mobility and Diversity Recruiting, including Real Returns, Internals First, Internal Mobility events and evaluation of diversity sourcing tools.





The individual will be based in New York and report to the Americas Head of Internal Mobility & Diversity Recruiting.





Key responsibilities:

* Execute key IM programs, e.g., Real Returns, Internals First, Career Forums, and other strategic initiatives

* Research and determine diversity recruiting best practices in the market, including tools, sources and technologies

* Provide oversight of mobility framework including policy, metrics, and IM related projects/programs, in collaboration with global colleagues, HRBPs and other stakeholders

* Assist with developing and driving IM strategy initiatives and campaigns, with an innovative and solutions-focused mindset

* Create, design and maintain materials to communicate the IM strategy

* Act as a career advisor: meet with internal candidates and facilitate employee moves across and within divisions and geographies into new roles

* Partner with global IM team, Experienced Talent Acquisition, business lines, HRBPs and line managers to promote and deliver IM agenda

* Maintain weekly reporting on IM key performance metrics and trends, candidate tracking and monitoring of IM mailboxes

* Serve as an escalation point for regional IM matters

* Proficient in Microsoft Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
