JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE:

* Lead, design, develop and communicate multiple highly complex sales compensation and operations programs and processes.

* Actively participates in Sales Planning process each fiscal year. Work is focused on operational plans in support of strategic goals.

* Help design and administer sales incentive compensation plans and programs.

* Train sales teams on objectives and structure of sales compensation programs and processes.

* Provide analytical support to senior sales management and finance management to evaluate sales compensation programs and processes.

* Ensure sales compensation policies and practices are reviewed and revised as technology and business conditions change.

* Interface with all levels of management, both within Sales and cross-functionally, to negotiate and influence to build consensus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage compensation plan development, assignment, communication and education for Geo Sales Organization.

* Manage sales related product hierarchy attributes for Geo Sales Organization to ensure crediting rules are followed and correct product specific compensation is achievable based on sales strategy.

* Design, implement and support territory hierarchy requirements for Geo Sales Organization.

* Geo Sales Organization incentive program review/oversight, implementation and support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* BA or BS degree preferred.

* Minimum 7 years work experience.

* Prior experience with sales compensation/commissions required. SaaS sales compensation experience preferred.

* Project management and change management experience strongly preferred. Able to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies.

* Some business analysis experience (including implementation, tracking, problem resolution and reporting) preferred.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.

* Able to work well both independently as well as with cross functional teams.

* Able to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies.

* Comfortable dealing with change while continuing to execute on deliverables.

* Some business analysis experience (including implementation, tracking, problem resolution and reporting) preferred.

* A successful track record of working with managers and executives at high levels in the organization, as well as individual contributors.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills.

* Strong problem solving skills, analytical capabilities, and collaboration skills.

* Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused..
