Update and maintain a database of detailed insurance coverage information for each loan in the Portfolio including updating renewal information into the PAM for Mortgages system as well as storing all insurance certificates in the online file system. br 2. Work with borrowers, their agents and correspondents under the direction of the Vice President of Insurance Services to assure that proper property and liability insurance is in place at the time of loan closing and that proper certificates and ACORD forms have been received. br 4. Keep abreast of general changes in insurance coverage and general conditions within the insurance industry, attend industry events, review industry publications, and maintain industry contacts. br 5. Maintain current rent roll information in the REX and PAM systems. br 6. Assist in other areas of the CREG department including Servicing, Portfolio Analytics and Loan Origination as directed by the Vice President of Insurance Services. br   br B Job Requirements to Qualify for the Role: /B br 1. Undergraduate degree in business or a related area. br 2. Experience in the property insurance industry preferred br 3. 1-3 years of relevant industry experience br 4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. br 5. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Word and some data base experience. br 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact well with people inside and outside the organization. br 7.
