Responsibilities:This individual will perform analysis to support the development and implementation of the Contract Division's pricing strategy. H/she will design pricing and negotiation strategies to ensure profitable acquisition and growth and will work with manager to coordinate pricing strategies within the BSD Contract Sales organization and partner with other business units to achieve a unified go-to-market approach. This individual will support the Pricing Strategy Directors in making fact-based trade-offs on individual accounts, especially during remediation, renewals and business bids. H/she, will enforce developed policies and receive authorization to recommend exceptions; create and maintain pricing strategy, pricing tools and reporting, which impacts pricing and profitability. The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for ensuring systems and people contribute toward data integrity and proper tool usage and will liaise with IT on systems requirements, and with multi-department contacts. He/she will also participate in the implementation of internal pricing strategies, including pricing analytics, pricing optimization, customer segmentation, and pricing maintenance. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and two years experience Other Information:Experience working with Financial and Statistical Modeling; creating pricing models based on RFP requirements. -Financial modeling skills. -Strong analytical thinker with innovative ideas. -Understanding of margin, ROI, and ROE concepts and ability to organize and manage multiple and competing priorities.
