JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Analyst (Job Code A-II)
(NetCracker Technology Corp., Waltham, MA): Duties incl but not limited to, conduct analysis on req's gathering, training, testing, implmntn & support for BSS during proj planning & act as lead in client's business support systems req's. Mandatory skills incl 3 yrs exp in billing & customer support systems, incl'g familiarity w/ technical terms & aspects of billing. Knowledge of ICOMS billing systems. Must've exp w/ comp hardware & communications in IBM-i mid-range environment & conducting analysis & problem solving skills to determine effects on existing systems and/or business processes. Bach’s degree or frgn equiv in Info Sys, Comp Sci, Engrr (any), Math, Physics or rel. field followed by 2 yrs exp as Analyst, Cust. Supp. Eng. or rel occ. Travel req to various unanticipated client sites & internal office lctns throughout the U.S & internationally (20%). Option to work from home available when not traveling.
